-Harmony Terre is a Ceramic film that has a 40% Visible Light Transmittance (VLT) and a 55% Total Solar Energy Rejection (TSER). Harmony Terre has a neutral earthtone which makes for a warm inviting appearance while providing 99.9% rejection of the damaging Ultra Violet Radiation from the sun. Vista's CDF adhesive is incorporated into their films, CDF provides a molecular bond to your glass that is guaranteed not to fail. -Nova Stellaris is a Spectrally Select film that has a Total Solar Energy Rejection of 70%! This high performance film will be the perfect choice for those West/Southwest exposures that receive sun for most of the day. Nova Stellaris is a medium tint film with very low reflectance, only 11%. Most competing products have to be very reflective and mirror-like to perform as well as Nova Stellaris. We are proud to announce the release of ACHT, a new product from Hüper Optik. With a 78% Visible Light Transmission, ACHT will be virtually undetectable to the human eye and still reject 45% of the Total Solar Energy! Consumers will be protected from 99% of the sun's damaging UV rays and the Spectrally Select properties of this film will enhance views by filtering out all of the undesirable wavelengths in the light spectrum. A Limited Lifetime Warranty for residential customers and a 15 year Commercial Warranty is also provided.

Caughlin Ranch Architectural Control Committee approves Sierra Window Tinting's Films. This allows our customers in the Caughlin Ranch Planned Community to purchase pre-approved products without having to submit films to the AAC for approval. This will not only save time and frustration, but most importantly the master plan of the community is protected from being altered by having unapproved films applied to windows. Sierra Window Tinting has worked hard in cooperation with the AAC to offer the most advanced high quality films to the residents and businesses of Caughlin Ranch.
